Parent-Teacher Conferences for the Spring semester is just around the corner, being held from March 25 to 28. PTC’s are a time for parents to be able to meet 1:1 with their child’s homeroom teacher to discuss how he/she has been doing and how they can be further supported to further succeed throughout the remainder of the semester.
학부모-선생님 간담회가 바로 앞으로 다가왔습니다. 3월 25일부터 28일까지 진행될 예정입니다. PTC는 자녀의 담임선생님과 일대일로 만나 학생이 어떻게 지내는지 남은 학기를 잘 마치려면 어떤 도움이 필요한지 의논하는 시간입니다.
Please keep in mind, dates/time will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis and are capped at 20 minutes due to teachers’ schedules.
날짜와 시간이 선착순인 부분과, 선생님들의 일정으로 인해 20분으로 정해진 것을 기억해주시길 바랍니다.

Our TROY Passion Project team is busily planning for our upcoming 2025 Annual Charity Marathon event. As we are experiencing a significant change in weather from this past weekend, many of our students and teachers have fallen ill. We will be watching for further forecast and deliberating on whether we will need to postpone our marathon event.
우리 트로이 패션 프로젝트팀이 향진원을 돕기 위한 2025년 기부 마라톤 행사를 위해 바쁘게 계획하고 있습니다. 지난주말, 계절이 급속도로 변화함에 따라 많은 학생들과 선생님들이 몸이 아픈 상황입니다. 기상 예보를 살펴 본 후에 마라톤 행사를 연기하는 것이 필요할지 숙고하도록 하겠습니다.

We will finalize and confirm the details of the marathon, at the latest by our mini opening on Wednesday.

학생들을 위해 빠르게 실내화를 준비해주신 모든 학부모님들께 감사드립니다.
If a student forgets their indoor shoes, he/she will be required to wear school indoor slippers and be unable to participate in P.E. or any physical activity on that given day.
만약에 학생이 실내화를 잊은 경우, 학생은 학교에 구비된 실내용 슬리퍼를 착용해야합니다. 그리고 그 날에는 체육수업 혹은 어떠한 형태의 물리적 활동도 할 수 없게 됩니다.
Please understand that we will be very strictly enforcing indoor shoes in order to keep our new campus clean and upkeep the best environment possible for our students.
우리 새 캠퍼스를 깨끗하게 유지하고 학생들을 위한 최고의 환경을 만들기 위해서 엄격하게 실내화 착용을 교칙으로 정한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

This Friday, March 21 and next Friday, 28th are minimum days to give time to teachers to be able to meet with their students’ parents during PTC week!
3월 21일과 28일은 단축수업일로 선생님들이 PTC 주간동안 학부모님을 만날 준비를 하는 시간입니다!
There are after-school classes on these minimum days!!
21일, 28일 모두 방과후 수업은 그대로 진행합니다!

As a reminder, please keep in mind that all requests for formal documents (Certificate of Enrollment, Withdrawal Form, etc.) will take a minimum of 3~5 days for processing. Additionally, recommendation letters will take up to 1-2 weeks to process.
모든 공식 서류 (입학증명서, 자퇴원서 등) 요청은 최소 3~5일이 소요되며, 추천서는 1~2주가 소요되는 점 꼭 기억해주시길
