• Thank you to all our parents who were able to attend the Parent-Teacher conferences last week! We hope these 1:1 meeting with your child’s homeroom teacher allows for further growth and development for all our students and school overall.

Easter Spring Break
부활절 봄방학

• As a reminder, the Spring Break holiday is coming up! From Monday, April 7 to Friday, April 11, 2025, school will be closed for the Easter Spring Break holiday! 
  리마인더 드립니다. 봄방학 휴일 기간이 다가옵니다! 4월 7일 월요일부터 4월 11일 금요일까지 부활절 봄방학으로 학교 휴교입니다!

S25 중간고사 주간

• This week (Mar 31-Apr 4) is midterms week for our students in 4th grade and up. All teachers and classes have been reviewing and preparing for the midterms week prior, but please be sure to encourage your students to continuing studying up until the date of their exams! 
  이번주(3/31-4/4)는 4학년 이상 학생들의 중간고사 기간 입니다. 모든 선생님들과 반은 중간고사 주간을 위해 미리 복습을 해왔습니다.
  하지만 모든 학생들이 시험을 보는 날까지 계속해서 공부할 수 있도록 격려해주세요!

Easter Celebration & Spirit Day

• In celebration of the upcoming Easter season, this Friday, we will have our Easter Celebration!! 
  다가오는 부활절 기간을 기념하기 위해 이번주 금요일에는 부활절 기념행사를 가질 예정입니다!

• Friday’s Spirit Day Theme: all white or bible-related characters
  금요일 스피릿 데이 테마: 올 화이트 또는 성경과 관련된 캐릭터

• Activities 활동: 

• Our students will be going on an egg-hunt all throughout the day. Eggs containing a surprise of treats or house points will be hidden in the nooks and crannies of our whole TROY campus, that students can search for all throughout the day! 
  모든 학생들은 하루종일 달걀 사냥을 할 예정입니다. 깜짝 선물이나 하우스 포인트가 들어있는 달걀이 모든 트로이 캠퍼스에 숨겨져 있을거에요.
  학생들은 일과시간 내내 달걀을 찾을 수 있습니다!

• A favorite pastime of schools in the U.S., we will also have our first chalk-art activity on our school front driveway!
  옛 미국학교에서 가장 즐겨했던 활동인 분필 아트 활동을 우리학교 주차장에서도 처음으로 할 예정입니다.

• We apologize in the delay of our Fall 2025 Early Bird Request Form going out! The forms will be going out through students this week with a new form due date. 
  2025년 가을 얼리버드 신청서 발송이 늦어져 사과드립니다! 이번 주에 학생들에게 새로운 마감일과 함께 양식을 발송드리겠습니다

• Once the forms have gone out with the students, we will send a text message out to all the parents so that no one misses receiving the form in time!
  학생들을 통해 양식이 발송되면 모든 학부모님께 문자 메시지를 발송해 제때 양식을 받지 못하는 일이 없도록 하겠습니다!

• As a reminder, please keep in mind that all requests for formal documents (Certificate of Enrollment, Withdrawal Form, etc.) will take a minimum of 3~5 days for processing. Additionally, recommendation letters will take up to 1-2 weeks to process.
  모든 공식 서류 (입학증명서, 자퇴원서 등) 요청은 최소 3~5일이 소요되며, 추천서는 1~2주가 소요되는 점 꼭 기억해주시길
